Non-responsive, very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere, if you can.
Absolutely the worst! Completely impossible to get a hold of someone. I've been calling and leaving emails for one part since early December! How can a International company operate this way? Unacceptable! I wish I lived closer so I could knock on their door and complain. Don't use, find your luck elsewhere, if possible. I wish I could give no star review.
