Dropped my generator off several weeks ago. No contact sense. I’ve called and left several voicemails. Headed up there today to get it back. Place is horrible.
Great experience. They handled a warranty claim I had for a craftsman zero turn mower. They took care of everything with the claim and did a great job repairing my mower. Something that will help speed up the process was dropping off and picking up the mower myself. I didnt have to coordinate when they could pick it up. They were able to take care of it quicker. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their yard equipment repaired.
