Staff was very rude and insensitive towards the person I referred. Patient left crying and unseen. Not the 1st time I've witnessed this behavior from staff. If you have to go and you are able take someone for support.
I had an over the phone therapy appointment scheduled for last friday, me nor my husband has been employed since COVID , we earn little money doing side jobs and couldn't afford my phone bill which ended on Thursday, so I missed my appointment and I ran out of meds that same day... I can't get my script filled until I see my therapist and i've been try ing to call for the last 3 days and have gotten only voicemail, which I have left a message for with my name and number everytime and have yet to get an answer or call back...... read more
The intake process is enough to drive one crazy . The doctor has no clue what to do . She list of medications that she wants to try and then say “ would you like to try —“ and list of a random medication. As if I know what those medications are. The doctor never really asks you about YOU and your symptoms. Also she does not educate you on a disorder that she has picked for you . At the same time prescribed multiple medications to try before even telling what the formal diagnosis is. Has terrible “ bed side manner” The doctor... read more
