I avoided AltaPointe for YEARS because of the unfair stigma surrounding community & state-funded mental health providers. I assumed low standards, but after completing my first month of weekly sessions, I'm absolutely blown away. From day 1, the experience has been warm & welcoming. Dr. Olsen is a great doctor. Miss Asia was also very nice. Now I am seeing Miss Megan and she seems to really care about my issues. Good people here.
Nobody who works here acts like they want to be. Asking any questions about anything (appointment times!) has the clerks staring at you like you’ve grown two heads, and both of the therapists I’ve had here were not great.
Dr Olsen is 10/10! New to the area and felt very welcomed and understood! Everyone was amazing and kind! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It feels like a very safe space.
Iv been going to alapointe for 11 years now, love love everyone there!! Everyone very freindly.im on all the right medicines. Alapointe has really help me get better and to be better!! Thank yall so much for all that yall do for me!!
