RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOUD ,GOSSIP ABOUT THE PATIENTS IN FRONT OF THEM. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL .Don't answer phones because they don't want you calling.
Someone should sue the crisis center and who runs it in Sylacauga for spreading false information and slandering people’s name into the ground when they do not know them or anything about them. If you truly need someone please call a helpline or go to the er. I pray no one ever has to go through anything that involves this certain crisis line or being sent to the hospital of their choice which is Gadsden Regional. I am all for seeking help but avoid this one place in particular.
It's very clean, moves efficiently. They have super nice nurses and the Ladies in the front have a very wonderful welcoming approach. We always have a great time when I visit.
Such an amazing thing this is for people that need/want help from addiction! Staff was amazing! I recommended this place to everyone.
