Horrible absolutely horrible. I took my son here since birth and everything I asked was dismissed as “normal” which things where normal buy still needed treatment. My son suffered because of their negligence. I would never refer anyone here.
I’m not sure the name of one of the female doctors there but she is so rude! I am changing pediatricians for my 3 kids TODAY! My daughter felt uncomfortable and judged instead of feeling like the doctor is there to help her! Nobody treats my daughter like she has been treated at the Altamonte office today! I will make sure this review gets on every social media site so concerning parents can see how they treat adolescents! Shame on you!

Dr. Soven was extremely dismissive my poor baby being sick and all was smiling at him and nothing no talk to the baby nothing at all he might as well have been examining the table. He was rough and it’s normal for babies to cry but my son did not stop crying for a basic routine exam. I brought my son in because he been wheezing and when you hug him you can feel the vibration.
