I arrived for appointment on time and was greeted and taken back right away. After my cleaning, I sat and waited, and waited, and waited for the what I guess was for the Dentist to evaluate and wrap up my visit. After waiting for what seems like 20 minutes, I got up to leave. The staff member commented that she would remove the charge for the flouride treatmant as that procedure never happened.
