When I got there only one person was in front of me talking pharmacist.and then handed me it took like less than 5 minutes so it was quick at least that time.
Extremely disappointed with the service at Altamed Pharmacy. They consistently claim to have medications out of stock. When I ask them to deliver the medication once it's available, they fail to do so without any notification. When I call to follow up, the response is a dismissive 'sorry, we forgot.' This lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable, especially for patients who rely on timely access to medication. Needs serious improvement in inventory management and customer service.
