I am writing to express serious concern about a recent visit. The doctor was dismissive and did not allow the patient adequate time to explain their symptoms or concerns. The appointment felt rushed, and the patient was repeatedly interrupted and not given a proper opportunity to discuss what was going on. The appointment setting line is ridiculous! The 100 questions asking if I have covid ,been in contact with anyone with it when I’m requesting an ON THE PHONE APPOINTMENT is crazy! Asking for my email, HOME address after I’ve confirmed my phone number , name ( spelled it out ) and gave my birthday IS CRAZY! I love my doctor here or I would’ve been left .
