10 minutes late to my appointment when I have a broken ankle and cannot even walk and they said your doctors done for the day because you were late. She says theres no grace period you just have to be on time. Lol is this a joke? I feel like I'm being punked. So far this has been a really bad health group. They provide less than adequate service and no compassion for patients.
