Various issues. Lack of directions regarding testing, miscommunication of appointments & poor treatment of patients by certain receptionists. Spoke to some of the patients & was equally if not more upset by how they treat the patients. Low-income patients deserve better & our community should not be treated poorly when seeking a diagnosis. Please, do yourself a favor & a find a different clinic.
WORST doctors office I have ever been to. I have been battling extreme fatigue often on for about a year and a half without insurance this is one of my few options. They continuously overcharge and overpromise. Again, I was billed for a telephone appointment which I was told I would not and then I was promised that a nurse will probably return to business days to go over my test results and it has now been over a week and they still have no answer. I do not recommend this business
They need to make people wear mouth covers when they are sick.
