The apartments look nice. They have a lot of amenities. But it smells really bad of weed. And of course there is loud music. I imagine it is the place to be if you want to party. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. My health problems got triggered just being here for a minute. It was chaotic
Came to visit my great family and got denied access to the pool and the lady was extremely rude and even kicked out all the other people who were inside the pool already.
My husband and I were tenants on a 15 month lease, December 2023-March 2025. We moved out a month early and spent the whole month of March cleaning the apartment. We were informed that there was a cleaning fee of $113 and a repainting fee of $294. Thus our $400 security deposit was not returned to us. The apartments are nice but the location is TRASH! Cars getting broke into and tonight 2 men tried breaking into my gf’s apartment. Police showed up and confirmed there’s a gang or some men going around harassing and even breaking into homes here. Police said and confirmed several people have been attacked! Management needs to hire 24 hr security to patrol the apartments! *Management wants to lie that they haven’t been contacted. My gf went to the office the following day and has also sent an email!!
