I’ve been storing both a vehicle and an indoor storage unit at Alta Vista Storage for the past 6 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Can not recommend this facility enough I’ve had two units -spots here for years with no issues and always felt our truck & boat was safe here. Lorraine is the BEST she text me anytime my cover has blown off our boat so we can go and fix it . We have been in many other storage facilities in the area and nobody has ever done that . Great place and ever better staff!!!
This place has an excellent customer service. All gated and secured with cameras. The manager Lorraine is very responsive.
I've been renting a unit from Alta Vista Self Storage for going on 8 years now, and never had any issues. I have the autopayments set up and can always count on payments and receipts being accurate. My unit is easily accessible.
I have a 40 ft camper that I store here. Lorraine has always been available and helpful for us anytime we have needed her. Facility is in good shape. Cameras on site. Someone is always there on the property. I would recommend this to anyone.
