When they have to keep drawing blood just because the lady in the front gets ur wrong date of birth.
I was there in the er...the nurse Michelle that took care of me when I first got there was awesome she was so nice and made feel so comfortable...the doctor that was there (dr.ritchie)..saw me for maybe 5 minutes and never came back in...then the other doctor (Dr. Spady) was great...he is so nice...my stay there was nice....ive heard stories about that hospital but every time I've gone has always been good...

This was all for my neighbor he's almost blind but everything went smoothly /staff was friendly and helpful Thank you�
I was treated in the er 3/5/17 by Dr spady and his crew...thank you so much for listening to me and treating me like I was the only one there. On my way to Santa fe to see the ent. Keep up the good work
