I have family members that have lived here for years and have never experienced any problems. VERY affordable rent, not sure if they provide mobile homes along with lots for rent, but they do rent lots for you to place your mobile home on. I have always felt safe during visits, never had an issue over anything really. My family reports the same. I would not hesitate to reside here myself!
We arrived before the dinner crowd so it wasn't crowded. Loved the food
