Excellent tour, very informative. Perriann did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. Apartments are very nice and well equipped. Residence seem nice and friendly.
Marketing Director Shannon did an excellent job answering our questions and offering insights about the process of moving (both mentally and physically) from a home to senior housing. She graciously took time from her typically busy day to show us the on-site facilities. It is obvious she loves her work and is proud of the family owners.

My wife and I toured 6 different independent living facilities for my father. Hands down Alta Vista is the nicest well appointed facility with the best service and knowledgeable staff. We would be remiss not to mention Perriann. She was our guide and made us feel so welcome. She is very creative to make sure that my father would enjoy his time there.
