Loved it – I lived here for two years and loved it. I would stay but I got a job offer in another area. I wasn't even going to write a review until I was searching for a new place and came across Alta Springs reviews. These people are crazy! I have a lot of friends that have lived here and we all loved it. The only people writing reviews on here probably just didn't get their way with something or didn't pay their rent! These people should be put in jail!! – My entire stay was a nightmare, but when I left, it got even worse. When I was finally moving out, the maintenance person broke a pipe in my apartment trying to move out the washer and dryer. She quickly turned off the water and I left town. When I came back the next day to get another load, I found that the water had not been turned all the way off and the apartment was completely flooded. Awful Customer Service – The customer service at Alta is severly lacking. They go out of their way to make things harder for you rather than easier. The ladies up front don't care about customer service and if something happens IT IS YOUR FAULT...RENTER BEWARE!
