Great experience, great apartments, great staff. We lived at Alta Springs for 2 years and had a great experience. We did not have any charges at move out, had a great experience with the staff and LOVED the location. We had friends that lived at Alta Springs at the same time and they agreed that it is kept up very nicely. I have not heard any other residents upset with the owners or staff. Love it! We lived at Alta Springs for a year and I miss it! The location is very convenient. Maintenance was always prompt with our repairs. We enjoyed the pool and business center. They had a little trouble with the AC in the fitness center but it was working great when we left. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. I miss the convenience of someone else taking care of maintenance and the grounds. Our dogs loved the dog park. While the rent is a little on the high side, it is worth what you get. Awful Customer Service They do not understand customer service here and are extremely cheap. For the price you pay, the customer service is EXTREMELY! lacking. Don't expect any special treatment here.
Nice place to live- nice apartment and good facilities! I live in Alta Springs and have been very pleased with the level of service that I receive from the staff at Alta Springs. When I have a repair that is needed, someone always responds- even one time at 10 pm! The pool is great, the workout room is average, the apartments are nice! I also love the location- very close to campus and 40 and 15-501. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for a place in Chapel Hill.
