I did not hire this company. My HOA did. I had a numerous issues from the start of the project where they had to replace the roof on my condo. They were unprofessional in the cleanliness and awareness of the residence. After the roof was completed, I found damage done to my air conditioning Where a pipe was dislodged and vent cap was not installed, causing water to enter my furnace and damage components to my air-conditioning unit. Alta Roofing was hired by the building managers where I live in Clairemont. A "promised" three week roof replacement last August took more than four months to complete. Their work was SO bad, the HOA of my building has had to hire another roofing company to put on a new roof. If you are in need of roofing repair or replacement, please take a HARD PASS on Alta. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Feb. 12, 2024, and these incompetent idiots are AGAIN back "working" on the roof of my condo building. It is obvious the workers of this company have no idea what they are doing.
