TWO STARS I lived here four years ago and am just now getting a collection notice from a debit collector about my move-out fees which I have documentation proving I paid. Not only is it several years after the fact, the debt collector informed me that Ridgewalk mailed the original collection notices back to themselves. Needless to say I’m frustrated with this situation. If you do end up living here, KEEP ALL THE PAPER WORK YOU HAVE.
We’ve lived here since March 2016 and we have recommended it to many people looking for apartment homes!
We've lived here since May 2015, and I couldn't be happier. I don't have anything negative to say about this complex. The maintenance crew keep it looking great and have been very quick to respond to all my service requests. I would highly recommend RIDGEWALK to anyone looking for a peaceful neighborhood. I often say, I feel like I'm living in a condo, on vacation. No yard work or pool maintenance. It's all done for us. AWESOME JOB!!!
