I am not a customer of Juan Corzantes at the Alta Realty Group in Alameda, Ca. I am more of a victim of his challenged business practices. I am a tennant in a house he sold in Sacramento, Ca. Mr Corzantes knew the house did not have Air conditioning because of a mechanical failure and a few other problems. Mr Corzantes sold the house to the new owner under the false pretenses that everything would be fixed by close of escro. That was a lie.
