Best Place to Live I was one of the earliest residents at Alta Prosperity Village (Oct 2017). So much stuff has been implemented since then: including a dog park, kids playground, amazing pool and outdoor grill/entertainment area, and a clubhouse that is nicer then most luxury houses in the area. Not once during my time here have I ever felt like moving. Management has been great, and Maintenence has been quick to assist with any requests I have made during that time. I love how I always know what’s going on at the complex w... read more

Five Starz! Moved here just a couple months ago.. my apartment is BRAND new, I'm the first one to live in it and I couldn't love it MORE! The details are absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside! Amenities are great, I love using the gym there is so much equipment in there. The location is great, and extremely convenient! Everything you may need is either in walking distance or right down the road. I couldn't ask for a better new home. The staff in the office are the best! They always greet me by name and make me feel ... read more
Great place to live Moved in about 5 months ago and we really like the convenience of the neighborhood and the fact that our apartment is brand new and nicer than our last place in South End but about $300 cheaper. Close to uptown but we love going hiking& going to the white water center which is also only about 15 min away. Staff is always friendly, and we have met a lot of new friends in the dog park. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Apartments, Great Amenities! I love my new apartment! They are brand new and upgraded.. definitely not what I’m used to back in my day! The amenities, pool, club room, Starbucks bar, and gym are amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Luxury Apartments? Think again. Enough is enough! My boyfriend and I signed a 1-year lease here. Shortly after moving in the problems started. Our neighbors below us BLASTED music from 10pm-3am. My boyfriend had to call the cops on them 3-4 times and notify the property manager 3 times before anything was done. Thankfully, they've stopped with the music but still hangout on their balcony between the same hours, yelling and talking loudly to their guests. There is also someone down the hall that blasts music between the same ... read more
