Before signing a lease here, make sure everything you agree on is documented in writing. Initially, communication was positive, but over time it became more difficult. In my final month, I was charged an additional $450 that I believe was a billing error. When I requested a correction, I was told the refund would only be processed together with the security deposit after lease completion. At move-out, additional charges were also added. Location location location I’m a simple person who loves to read my book on the balcony or poolside. It’s a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet. It even gives you the option to be apart of the community with the resident events. I never drive my car because I’m surrounded my Whole Foods and dollar stores. All I’m walking distance! I have no complaints. Chef kiss.

Amazing Amenities & Huge Places I chose this place for the huge floorplans and great amenities. No one else gives their residents a Top Golf pass! There are amenities for everyone. Also, the team is great. The office is very helpful and the new maintenance team rocks. Thanks guys!

You can hear people walk upstairs all day, listen to their conversations, and hear everytime they vacuum their floors or use their washing machine. Nice - Paying for broken ammenities The apartment itself is very nice and so are the people at the front desk. Unfortunately, the amenities never work - car wash (a hose with a kink and vacuum that never works), the pool is closed in the summer due to kids using the bathroom, the gym never gets cleaned always dirty with trash, no one cleans up after their dogs, trash up all the stairs to the apartments, trash valet is picky and does not take boxes - and they will report you. I like it here I have lived here for about 2 years. My husband is getting transferred to South Carolina in April or I would be signing another lease. Its a nice place and near by a lot. The staff is sweet too.
Rent Elsewhere. Save Your Time We have been living here for almost two years, and our experience living here has been horrific. The place was not bad under the previous management, but it has truly taken a. turn for the worst since being bought out by RK properties in 2021. Best choice We searched for over a month to find a place that felt like “home” they were all nice but just didn’t have that “extra” needed to make a year commitment until we met Angel. He made us feel like we could spend years to come here. It is by far the best choice we’ve made!
