Property are dirty. They don't follow the city rules.
TL;DR - Don't waste your time with Alta Properties. My partner and I applied for an upstairs apartment in a duplex that is managed by this company and were approved by the next business day. Their admin person asked us to move in sooner than our projected move-in date. And, once approved, the admin person told us we were not permitted to use the back exit of the apartment. Not trying too be rude but work at the office are completely nice but not fully understandin property management is rude & out hand. If you explain too the contrast how the staffing act they brush it off. Landlord trying too fight with tenants and females & kids.... daughter landlord trying hurt people terrified threats to multiple people & still at management never solve problems. Next time .Lawsuit or jail time
