Worst place ever. All they want is money for nothing. We paid rent on time every month no problems no notices or being talked to. Got a 20 day notice to give our stuff and leave right after paid rent and was told no reason just want property back. Come find out we were only building couldn’t raise rent on and this was told to us by the managers husband when they did a repair on our bathroom light. I love to see these put there office is never open and they don't return phone calls.
I absolutely LOVE it here! The management is the best and help with any problem that might arise. As a single woman I have felt safe and secure here for all the thirteen years I've been here. Never had any problems as I have in the past with ither rentals and I have no plans to leave!

The manger Kathy is friendly. The landscaping gets done every Saturday. The closets are big and They have walk in closets. Very clean before I moved in. The maintenance is on top of things on Getting stuff fixed. Nabor's are quiet and friendly. They take second 8 and family friendly.
