I had an extremely disappointing experience with Alta Pest Control in Las Vegas. We hired them to deal with a scorpion and cockroach problem, paying about $300 upfront and then over $50 a month. We have a one-year-old child, and scorpions can be very dangerous to small children and older adults. Unfortunately, the service was completely ineffective. This place is horrible. They can't give you a time of day that they will be at your house. They just tell you, they'll be there. Some point in the day, there's still all kind of bugs outside of my home. I still have ants coming inside my house when I called to cancel them they told me that I signed a contract and I can't cancel with them even though they failed to do their job.
