Alta is an outstanding gym. They push you hard to help you see results quickly. They are great about altering workouts to your current level of fitness and then adjusting workouts when you’re ready. I would highly recommend joining!
I've known Aaron for many years in the capacity of a fitness and life coach. I have reconnected with him when I joined Alta Performance Institute a couple of weeks ago.
