came in for a change of nail color from a previous set i got somewhere else & Dee was amazing! she was constantly checking to see if i liked my nail shape & designs! such a sweetheart! will definitely be coming back to her!
Hanna, Emily, and Jennifer are all so great at their job. I highly recommend coming here for the best pedicures. The chairs really give me a good massage. The drinks are always cold and even the times it's been busy, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Parking is usually a breeze right up front unless it's after 5pm... But there's plenty of parking in the huge lot.
Hi, I am the friend for the previous review. I would like to express the whole visit wasn’t horrible. Hue who did my pedicure was amazing and I have no complaints she was attentive and ensured the best customer service. However cathy was unprofessional and didn’t care for my health or safety. In calling availability for 3:30 I asked for gel-x nails as per their website they do. My nails didn’t begin to be done until 4:52. My wife, friend and I all all had our manicures done by Cathy at the Bonita location, and for all of us across the board- she was rude. I had asked for just a regular manicure, regular polish-I was not interested to do gel or any other options but she was irritated that I wanted regular polish and asked why I wanted to do that. Not only did she make me feel bad for sticking to my choice but also the manicure was a little painful, when she was cleaning up my cuticles.
