I recently went to Alta Nails with my grandma to get our nails done. We used to come here pretty often, so we expected the same good service we had before. My experience was decent at first, but when I got home I realized that one of my nails was never painted, which was disappointing. This is my second time with them. The first time I was not satisfied but because I’m nice, I decided to give them another chance and this time it was even worse!! They cut my finger which put me in so much pain, she was using the high level of that UV lighting on my fingers to the point that I was feeling the burn and I told her that then she fixed it, she charged me $10 (for each pedi and mani) for only adding the metallic coat on top, and the next day my nail fell off!!! 体验感一般。这两根手指做了两次，还是没有到边。指甲的两侧都不到边。做完不到半个月大拇指的指甲可掉了。做工不细致以后不会去了！
