Fast loading & unloading
I called to get service on a forklift for my company. Jeff, the person who picked up the phone, was INCREDIBLY rude and talked to me like I didn’t matter and was stupid. I ended up calling Morrison and got same day service. Won’t be calling here again.
Derick E. was incredibly helpful. He did a great job fixing our forklift. It runs like a top.
The service department really needs to step up there customer service. Skid steer has been there over a week, keep getting told that Matt will return my call when he gets to his desk and he hasn’t called me back in 2 days. Really disappointed in there customer service. Will be calling again tomorrow morning since they can’t seem to do there job.
Derick took a look at our forklift and was very prompt through the process, did a great job and relayed a wealth of information. Professional yet personibale, highly reccomend Alta for your equipment and more specifically I reccomend Derick as a mechanic!
