We took my husband’s glasses to replace them into reading glasses on Feb 26, 2025. Alexi helped us & told us within 10 days. Today I called & Giselle said weekends doesn’t count, today is the 11th days,NOT COUNTING WEEKENDS, still not done yet AGAIN. Last time it took MONTHS 2-3 MONTHS & they said they had called.WE verified our telephone number & the same number but DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CALLS EVEN THEY CHECK OUR PHONE HISTORY.
