I have always had great experience here. Today my eye exam was done by Dr Castro. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with.
My last exam with Dr.Kwan was not like the previous times. The last time I was being rushed through the eye exam. It seemed to me I was not listened to. I felt like the real reason for this was so my perscription would be a bit off and I would be forced to re-test or re-exam because if the results are a bit off I then have to pay cash out of pocket for a re-exam. Had my annual checkup today with Dr. Kwan. She, as always, goes out of her way to be informative and helpful. Thank you. I highly recommend Alta Loma Optometric. An efficient office with friendly front desk staff, technicians, and doctors.
