Try to avoid this place or you will be tested with your patience. I ordered my reading glasses and it took a month and prior to that I called them three times asking if my glasses ready and Alexis said she will check and call me back but she never did and no apology for delaying and not getting back to me. Besides, they are not cheap, I paid close to $300 even with insurance and they don't even provide cleaning kit nor cloth. I thought they were making a rocket taking a whole month. Went to pick up my glasses, no other customers in the place. The Hispanic lady went to get my glasses and just handed them to me over the counter. No mirror no how does it feel or look I mean I’m not sure I don’t work here. Never sat me down around the corner to make sure they fit properly. Just here. Sorry but that type of service is unacceptable. They don’t act like that when they are taking your money.
Went there today and saw Dr Quan’s replacement. Dr Quall was very thorough and personable. Would recommend him. Very satisfied
