My daughters psychiatrist just up and QUIT and never informed her never called the office never called her or me to let her know so her medication stopped cold turkey and now she’s having withdrawals and sick. Super unprofessional and I will be calling to make a formal complaint and have someone investigate because this was against policy!
Good experience. They could add a voice message when no one answers after pressing 3, instead of just the beep. They deserve more than 1 star, for sure
It’s hard to believe that this place is actually run by professional people. I was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 9:30 over the phone. No one called. I have reached out to them at 12 PM. I was given every reason not to speak to the nurse practitioner that was supposed to call me or the supervisor, the lady on the phone said she couldn’t give me the telephone number for the corporate office.
