I have brought all my dogs here to see Dr Mousse for yrs. Staff is so friendly & Dr Moussa is amazing with all my dogs. One of my dogs passed away 15 yrs ago & it was the hardest thing to imagine. My Shitzu Kisha at age 17 passed away. Dr Moussa & staff sent us a beautiful letter regarding my Kisha. Was very touching. And for that all my dogs since then only come here for everything. Don't ever move locations. Thank u for taking care of my dogs. �
Today I spent $448.00 for a WART REMOVAL! Irresponsible to put a dog under anesthesia for a WART REMOVAL. VET told me it was a tumor. When I returned it was a WART REMOVAL! Clearly the VET should have known it was very small and offered to just give antibiotics and see how it looked in a few days. This is the second time Alta Loma Animal Hospital Dooped me! Shame on me for going back. I know they will remove this post but they cant remove the YELP post!
Been taking my dogs and my mom's dogs there for over 20 years.... They are a little bit pricy now but Dr Mousa is. Worth it.
By far the best care around. Loving and compassionate staff. Dr Mousa is the best.
They work with you, exactly how it should be because after all , saving them from harm is the point, being turned away because you don't have enough money to help your pet is deplorable. This hospital is a savior for me , when I rescue they rescue me!
