I definitely recommend the course. I did the online course and Stephanie (instructor) is amazing! I wish I would have taken advantage of more office hours (live course review, Q&A held 2x week). Each one I participated in was very valuable to my progress and education. The course is well structured and ALTA is very responsive to your needs. The oral exam is challenging but as long as you do your course work and use the materials provided, you will succeed. Excellent online medical interpreter training course! After taking the online Breaking Boundaries in Healthcare® course, I felt very confident and prepared to take CCHI examinations. Worst program ever , they do not care a bit about helping you achieve the goal and succeed at the program they actually make sure you fail by not giving you proper information so they can tell you your time is over if you want to get access again to the course you must pay an other $750 , please tell me who can do that please be very careful of the Injustice of those people . I will never commander that course to Know one , NO one
