All of the homesites north/northwest of my street pitch south at our homes so that in winter rain, all of our home sites used to flood. All homesites are to pitch to their own street just as mine and my entire street do. My north/west neighbors do not pitch to their street and now the north/west neighbor has laid electrical cords down on the ground where his homesite experiences major floods. Alta Laguna/Sun Communities does not take care of their property. A lot of the manufactured homes are experiencing flooding/drainage issues due to the improper sloping and exceptions written into the land lots that the homes are placed on. Alta Laguna/Sun Communities will lie to you with a smile on their face. They are abusive in their attempts at blaming each homeowner for the flooding, which causes neighbor disputes.
