I love my home. Everybody was great !!!!! Gina in the office helped me with paperwork. Shelby, the builder is great. She answers all my questions. Walk was great. She found some stuff what I was not able to see my second walk was great. Everything was done and now if I have a question, I ask Shelby and she always helps me out !She always smile and make you feel important!! thank you, Shelby so much and Gina and Andres !!!
Gina Alonzo is incredible to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She makes the home buying process so simple.
I’ve been working with this builder to get my new home ready and built and their seller (Gina A.) has been amazing since the beginning. They’re willing to work with my on my upgrades/changes and Gina has been keeping up to date and has been timely with her updates! So far I’m having a great experience and to be honest, Gina has made it better!
At least 3 of the reviews below are from people affiliated with the business. Which is really terrible. I STRONGLY encourage you to steer clear of ALTA. It is lie after lie. There is no accountability and zero upper management. Trust me don’t waste your time or money.
