My experience with Alta has been remarkable from start to finish. In the beginning I was nervous and hesitant, but I was assured things would be fine and indeed they were!! Syvana, Jake, Kelsey, Scott, Shelby and Patrick (behind the scenes) were fantastic!!! I am beyond grateful for this home buying experience and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a new home!!!

If you are looking for a builder that makes the impossible, possible - this is it! Easy and smooth experience to work with all of the team. Andres is great. There were some concerns after the initial walkthrough of the house that were properly addressed after.
First time working with Alta Homes and I was very satisfied how they treated my client from beginning to end. Syvana from the sales office was exceptional. I appreciated the constant updates and photos send to the both of us. Shelby and construction team did an amazing job. It was nice to see a team who really enjoyed what they do and it sure reflected in their craftsmanship. Thank you guys!
