We really enjoyed staying at Alta Cresta for a weekend. It's a vacation home situated atop a hill overlooking the valley, and it is a perfect spot to open a bottle and watch the sunset over the hills. The house is well furnished with satellite TV, internet, full kitchen and bathroom. Lots of plates, cups, utensils and cooking pots if you need them. When we showed up at another place where we had reservations on Wine Festival Weekend and found that the place had been shut down, Eric and Candy came to our rescue in a big way. Although they had nothing whatsoever to do with the error, they treated us with great kindness and generosity and found a way to accommodate us at the last minute in their gorgeous rental!
