What started out as a nice place has turned into a sad experience. On April 1st my garage unit was broken into and they took some small value items. The door had been broken and I emailed and called the property manager. They asked for me to call the police and said that they would fix the garage door. They never did. Cute little apartment lofts. I love the interior. The pool is cute, and the community center is really nice. My only complaint is the extremely limited visitor parking. I always see tons of open permit parking, and I'm worried my car might get towed while I'm pet sitting for clients that live here. Other than that, I adore this property!
Been here a month. LOVE it. Not cheap but you pay what you get for or less in H-Town.
