Laarni, Armela, and the entire Alta Care team were/are truly amazing. So patient and kind but also very highly trained professionals. My mom was with them for 6 years. Right at the start of COVID Feb 2020, at Bel Marin Gardens (such a scary time especially for retirement communities!) and then for the last 4 years here at Alta Care Home. They took such wonderful care of my mom, who had dementia and could be very stubborn and quite challenging at times (She recently passed in March). NEW MANAGEMENT in place. It is wonderful, and organized. They go above and beyond,excellentcare. Food cooking alwas smells good. They have wonderful people cooking it up.
This is the Second home for my Dad. He absolutely loves it here. The main caretaker is "Mo" and I heard that he is treated like Family here. Ive seen firsthand the patience they take with their daily activities with the elderly. The place is quiet and clean. From the front of the street it is very noticeable and very easy to drive by. But We are very pleased to find this small gem.
