Such an amazing experience! From the initial tour all the way through the application process, the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The complex is beautifully built and decorated and there is so much offered ( pool area, library/cafe, dog park, park, soon to be car station, etc.) looking forward to moving in! Not to mention the location is amazing with how much Summerville is being built up!
Getting ready to move into the Sugarberry in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to get out into the Community to stroll, jog and bike the nearby trails as well as enjoy the seating areas outdoors and the pool. Definitely utilize the gym. Relax on the hammocks by the pond. Attend the events! Must I go on...……….. The staff has been great. Already met the neighbors and have not even moved in yet. lol.
I recently toured a model home there and was amazed at the beauty and quality of the home! Unlike any apartment I’ve ever seen! The grounds are immaculate, the pool is top notch and the staff is beyond helpful. This is the place to be!
We have recently had the pleasure of working with the Amazing Alta Brighton Park team as their cleaning vendor. The entire team has been above and beyond friendly greeting everyone with contagious smiles! The clubhouse is spectacular with a beautiful covered surrounded porch- True Southern Charm! We are blessed to have Alta Brighton Park on our client list!
Highly recommend. Cool staff, super friendly. Definitely gives off a nice vibe. It’s a beautiful community with lots of amenities.
