They suck! Tried to give my rescue pup 350 worth of shots when he already had them! Plus do surgery on my dog spleen removed then 4 weeks later said maybe the er vet left something in him! You did the surgery you idiots!!
My wife brings our cats to get their nails trimmed very often, always walk in and have no problem getting it done. Today, Saturday April 7, two technicians were sitting doing nothing and refused to trim one cat’s nails, saying she needed to make an appointment for it. Despite hearing negative reviews from several places, she has always given you our business because it has always been a pleasant experience. I will NOT return to this office. Dr. Silverness made a snide remark, insinuating that I neglect my cat. I don’t appreciate her comment, nor is it appropriate to say what she said. Very unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame she lost a customer, the rest of her team is kind. Dr. Silverness, keep your inappropriate comments to yourself.
Never again. My 2 dogs have been going there since 2012. The new vet, who has taken over has no personality, nor heart. I do not care for her. Case you haven't noticed, except for one person, it is a new staff. My dog was dripping blood, from her vaginal area, that's how bad her urinary infection had gotten. 8 months they charged me $286.00. Dr Kirks excuse was.... Ready for this. I am a mom of 3, not a single mom, and work 2 days a weeks. Our new vet has our baby girl feeling so much better. Still waiting for the results yo... read more
This vet is absolutely horrible. We have been using them for a few years because they are close to home. Prices increase every visit and the staff including Dr. are some of the rudest people around. Today our visit was $243 annual visit + single heartguard. Last visit for us. I would recommend looking at other options for your pets.
Thank you, Dr. Kirk, for diagnosing my nearly 9-year-old cat with asthma and prescribing steroids to try out! I can't remember the tech's name that offered the treats to put them in to see if his picky self would eat them but thank you as well!! It's awesome to be able to play with my wild kitten again without a coughing fit hitting him. � You guys rock!

We took our 14-year-old dog in for a painful limp. After an evaluation by Dr. Silverness we were told that she needed a custom brace. We paid her $200 to make a cast and then $900 for the custom brace. We took our dog in last week to be fitted for the brace. Dr. Silverness had assessed the wrong leg and therefore we purchased the wrong brace which is not refundable.
