I’ve bought two vehicles from this dealership and both experiences have been great. The customer service has always been friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. Anytime there was an issue with either vehicle, they took care of it right away with no questions asked. Updated review, purchased a 2018 BMW 540i, few weeks after, major problems, bad tires. $1600 had to pay for new ones. Illegal after market parts, took it to my bmw dealership to get inspected, over 10-15k worth or work that needs to be done. Car has a stuck horn that will not go off, several missing parts on the underbody. Not only that I asked if we could swap the vehicle out for something else, salesperson offered me $18k for it after buying it for $21k. This places a joke man it took them almost a month and a half just to get my car loan approved it got sent back and forth and back and forth. Then I finally got the car loan situation straightened out now it's been over 2 months and I still have not received my tags or my key fob That was supposed to come with the jeep that I bought. Never heard of a dealership that doesn’t handle DMV notification and paperwork taking a car trade-in. We can’t register our other vehicle because of fees from lapse in coverage when vehicle was sold and plates were never sent in.
