Probably can't say enough good things about my experience! We had a leak in the garage ceiling which we discovered late on Friday night. I started calling plumbers Saturday morning and spoke to the very friendly and nice Sydnee who said John would be able to get to me that day and gave me a 3 hour window. John was at my house right in the middle of that time frame and quickly discovered the source of the leak in a very tricky, poorly accessible spot. John does a great job. Had a slab leak. Detected issue. Fixed leak fast Had hot water up and running.
This is the best plumbing service in North County. We had a fairly large bathtub leak and John and his team were able to get to our house within the hour... and had the problem fixed in under 15 minutes. I would recommend Alt to anyone looking for services in North County San Diego. Thank you Alt Plumbing!
