It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
