I had a great experience at Alson Jewelers thanks to Isabelle. She recently called me with some exciting news on a timepiece that I’d been waiting on, and from that moment the whole process was easy and enjoyable. Amazing experience with Matthew. Got the watch we were after, and didn’t have didn’t have to deal with the usual dismissiveness that I’ve experienced at other AD’s. I highly recommend working with Alson’s! Trustworthy, respectful, and an all around beautiful store.

Cheryl Rubin was so amazing and helpful! I came into Alson with a Michele watch, which I had purchased elsewhere! Cheryl helped me remove all of the excessive packaging and protectant from the watch, took it back to remove links twice until it fit perfectly, and made sure the time was properly set before I left! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, especially considering my watch was purchased elsewhere! I will definitely be visiting Alson again, and a big thank you to Cheryl!!
