I was SO disappointed when I realized two of my windows had broken seals. But everything about the experience that followed was FANTASTIC. The young man I spoke to first told me my windows had a LIFETIME warranty. He encouraged me to go online, file a report and request replacements. He also told me if I had any trouble I could call him back and he'd help me!
