Rude people and managers never pick there phone up very disrespectful will never come here no ratings at this point of time
rude, unprofessional, gaslighting and unorganised. We left a suit, white dress shirt, tie, and garment bag at drop off and was NOT TOLD they "do not accept ties or garment bags". When collecting the order, both the tie and garment bag was missing, we asked where they were and they told us that we never dropped those off. Continued to refuse and insisted we had not given them the tie or bag. Rude attitude whilst arguing, finally saying they would look at security footage and call us back.
