My daughter had a terrible experience. Do not waste your loved one’s time or Insurance on this place. She has been to several Programs and this was by far the worst. They did not oversee them after their meals or during their meals as a matter of fact And she came back worse than when she went. It was an absolute waste of time and I felt like management just wanted insurance money without concern for their clients. It was unbelievable. Please avoid!
I have a wonderful experience with Alsana. The staff is amazing. I called on Saturday and got a return. Call on Saturday and went through the admission process quickly and got started on the program. It was convenient and I was able to participate after work every night. My therapist and Dietician were wonderful and helpful and caring and joyful. My time at Alsana was one of the hardest and most important seasons of my life. I didn’t come in fully ready for recovery, but the team met me exactly where I was. They balanced compassion with accountability in a way that made me feel safe, but also challenged. Danika and Lauren especially made a huge impact on me.
