I ordered from Alsa Corp with a specific deadline in mind, paying for 2-day UPS shipping, only for them to send the package via USPS. Not only was the package lost, but I had to spend hours calling them before they finally refunded the rush shipping charge. This was for a live event, so the strict deadline was critical. After too much time had passed, I had no choice but to place a second order (because I had promised client their product), and they refused to refund the lost shipment. Under no circumstances shoukd you purchase anything from this company. I made a purchase of their "Easy Chrome" product on 12.19.24 for over $500.00 I asked their tech support and was told I coukdnt spray the product but that it woukd come in a spray can. I didn't want spray cans so I requested cancelation of my order within 30 minutes of paying. 12.28.24, still no refund of my payment, have sent a number of emails quoting order number and cancelation/refund and have not received any communication pertaining to my emails. If i could give 0 starts I would. TERRIBLE communication. The square footage they list on the website is vastly inaccurate & caused me to have to place multiple orders. The directions they send with the paint are NOT CORRECT & don't include important information like the distance needed when applying the paint which caused an issue with the finish. The owner is rude & unwilling to make this right. DO NOT ORDER not worth the headache. Seriously terrible customer service
The website says that the paint cover 250 sq ft, but it’s not The final coat is matte, not glossy and overlaps the chrome Communication is terrible, people don't want to be responsible for the quality of their product and they don't want find compromise
