This was my first visit at Al's Tirecraft, Shane was great explaining everything to me, the waiting area is very clean and neat. Also big thanks to Brendon for the service!
Friendly greeting when I arrived, very comfortable waiting room with beverages. Very helpful and efficient, I was there and out in less than 30 mins. Definitely 5 star service
These guys are GREAT! Shane handled my calls and got everything set and ready and was there when the tow truck arrived. The work was done well before the estimated time and everything was as expected and correct. I never want another flat tire, but if it happens, I hope I'm in Ingersoll!

This shop definitely puts their customers first! After greeting and asking how he can help, Brett takes the time to explain procedures so you can truly understand the process. If there's any waiting involved, it's a brief and welcome pause on sophisticated yet comfy furniture in the very spacious and peaceful office area. Even at the end, only pleasant surprises await, no gouging here! This was def. the most enjoyable of any tire issues I've ever experienced.
