Thank you Als Tire and Repair. NO appointment, just showed up at 8 am, car felt shakey, they took it for a ride, changed the tires for me...and didnt even charge me for it...THANKS AGAIN, NOW I FEEL SAFE DRIVING...I will definitely be back..
The manager Rich tried to save me some money by just adding some air to my tires. Unfortunately there turned out to be a small leak. The repair was quick and inexpensive though. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend Al's to anyone in need of tire service.
I needed new tires on my car so I was recommended to go to Al's and the service alone was amazing ..Mike the owner I got to tell you from the beginning to the end was awesome and while I was sitting there getting the tires and a front end alignment on my car every single person that came in for service he took care of them just as amazing....I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone you can tell that's their number one Focus... customer service in too many times now a days that's not a priority... My fiancé and I came up to MA for a special weekend. We ended up having car issues and Al's tire and Auto shop came to the rescue. They fixed the issue we were having. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that lives in this area! Thanks so much for helping us!!!
